If you are a Southern Cross member with Remedial massage benefits on your policy, you can take advantage of our on-the-spot Easy-claim service. This means no claim forms for you to fill out, and potentialy no need t pay the full amount upfront if your plan covers a portion of the treatment.

Southern Cross members can claim for remedial massage therapy with Massage New Zealand registered remedial therapists Level 6 or above if they have one of the following plans:

​

• The Wellbeing 1 & 2 Health Insurance Plan with the add-on "Body Care Module", allows the policyholders to claim 100% of their costs up to $500 per year for remedial massage therapy.

• The Health Essentials plan allows the policyholders to claim for 75% of their costs up to an annual maximum of $250 per claims year for remedial massage therapy.​
