Southern Cross members can claim for remedial massage therapy with Massage New Zealand registered remedial therapists Level 6 or above if they have one of the following plans:

The Wellbeing 1 & 2 Health Insurance Plan with the add-on "Body Care Module", allows the policyholders to claim 100% of their costs up to $500 per year for remedial massage therapy.

The Health Essentials plan allows the policyholders to claim for 75% of their costs up to an annual maximum of $250 per claims year for remedial massage therapy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Failure to arrive for an appointment without 24 hours cancellation notice the session is considered missed. The client will pay the full amount for the missed appointment. Any gift certificate and/or prepaid packages associated with the appointment will count as services rendered.

Yunity Massage understand unforeseen circumstances occur. If you are feeling unwell or is having the following symptoms: fever, cough and shortness of breath, please contact us as soon as possible. A cancellation fee of 50% may apply if last-minute cancellation could have been avoided.

Your appointment can be rescheduled 24 hours prior to your appointment without penalty.
